I am dedicated to helping young families thrive and have several different services to offer. I accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards through Paypal. Gift certificates are available and make great shower gifts.
 
 
Doula services include:
 
  • 1-2 Prenatal visits to get to know each other, discuss your labor and birth preferences, and relaxation techniques.
  • A detailed list of local and internet resources for the childbearing year.
  • Unlimited phone and email contact.
  • Access to my lending library of books on pregnancy & childbirth, and breastfeeding.
  • 24/7 on-call status from 38 weeks until you deliver. This means I stay close by and am ready to come to you when you are ready for my help.
  • Constant presence at your birth as soon as you feel like you need me until 1-2 hours after delivery.
  • Physical and emotional support during delivery for both you and your partner. I come to you when you feel you need my support, this includes when you labor at home.
  • 1-2 postpartum visits to check on breastfeeding and any of your concerns. I can also bring my sample baby carriers/slings for you to try before you invest in one (I do not sell slings, just offer "loaners").
  • Birth Story/Timeline
  • If you are in need of extra breastfeeding support, I can help you find resources who can come to the hospital or your home (their additional fees may apply).
 
 
In our postpartum meeting, I can teach you about babywearing and cloth diapering, just let me know you are interested and I'll bring my samples with me!
 
 
Pricing
 
To book your due date on my calendar, a $150 deposit is due when we sign the contract. Once your baby is born, you may pay me what you think my services were worth, according to your financial ability. This payment is due at the postpartum meeting scheduled approximately one week after birth.
 
If you are interested in my services but feel you can not pay the above prices, please contact me and we can work something out. I am open to reduced rates, payment plans, and bartering.
